2. Refunds

Once your return request is approved:

  • Shipping delays caused by customs or courier services do not qualify for an automatic refund

  • We will always assist you in tracking your order and providing updates

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that cannot be resold due to hygiene or safety reasons

  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before processing or shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
